As well as working with clients in the events industry, I also specialise in travel and leisure PR.

My role is to work with journalists to get my clients featured in the national and regional travel press and specialist magazines. These include publications such as The Sunday Times, The Guardian and The Express to name just a few.

So I thought I'd share with you on a weekly basis, some requests from journalists writing about travel.

These are all genuine requests from my journalist contacts that can't be fulfilled by my existing clients.

If you'd like to see your company featuring in some of these top publications, then get in touch and we can talk through your options.
  • A national broadsheet newspaper is looking for ideas for affordable last-minute holidays in the UK and Europe for half-term only. Deadline for responding: 16th January
  • A national tabloid newspaper journalist is looking to feature a villa in Greece in the publication's magazine. Deadline for responding: 16th January
  • A national broadsheet newspaper travel journalist is looking to put together ideas for affordable holidays in 2018, considering anything from new flight or transport routes to hotels, restaurants and activities. Deadline for responding: 15th January
If any of these requests sound appealing, then get in contact with me before the deadline.

Check back next week for more travel journalists' media requests.

I am tired of being watched. I wish I will be free to speak what's in my mind. I can't do it when I am around people who are very quick to be offended and tend to put exaggeration or wrong meanings to things I say. I am tired of this yet at the same time I am fully aware it's love and I am just being protected from people who might take advantage of my kindness. This is something I would have appreciated if I am fourteen or sixteen years old. But I am in my forties now and I feel it's wrong. It's right, yes. It's only wrong because I feel I could die from this anxiety if it's prolonged.
